Our technical research and development team have rich experience to to design complex products. We will take the idea, or 2D concept and use the advanced technology of CAD software to create a 3D image of custom LED lights products.

2. DFM analysis.

Our rich experience of structural design and process knowledge enables us to offer full product design with detailed specifications, assuring that products and tooling are Designed for Manufacture (DMF)

3. Drawing Modification

Modify the drawing according until reaching the readiness of making tooling

4. Price confirmation

Price list is sent to customer for approval.

5. Mold design.

Tool of a mold is one of the most important aspects of making a mould. Our product engineers have experience in the rotational mold, injection mold, and hardware mold, which enable us to work our the best tooling route to ensure new LED light product can be manufactured efficiently to the exact requirements.

6. Mold making.

Follow the route of first sample and continued product development until reaching mass production readiness.

7. Sample confirmation

Light Venus carries out a comprehensive, proprietary Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to monitor every facet of project development from design through production. We support the standardized and detailed testing to meet the international standards.

8. Mass production.

We have full high capacity production facilities with 15000 square meter manufacturing space and 500 people. Our manufacturing operations are streamlined and designed with one mission to produce LED lights products quickly and cost-effectively.
