Plastic outdoor floor lamps are gaining in popularity because they are perfect for outdoor use 365 days a year, thanks to their weatherproof material used and ease of cleaning. Material

We work exclusively with polyethylene because this type of plastic meets almost any requirement for use outdoor, whether that is for impact resistance, temperature stability, chemical resistance, color, UV stability and durability.  Floor lamp made of polyethylene is dirt- and moisture-resistant., making them incredibly easy to clean and maintain.

Design flexibility

The great customization potential we offer is that we can fabricate outdoor floor lamp in various types and shapes, from the classic small, medium and high floor lamps to arched floor lamps, simply because we have our own rotational molding production line. This process is well known as an extremely versatile, relatively cost-effective method of producing one-piece hollow products, allowing for the manufacture of simple or complex shapes. The wall thicknesses can be uniform and the light can be diffuse evenly and smoothly.

Waterproof outdoor floor lamps

In addition to being beautiful and versatile, the floor lamps can be customized with the right degree of IP protection. Different IP is chosen depending where these lamps are placed. Normally, for areas more exposed to wind and rain, a minimum degree of protection of IP43 is preferred, unlike, for example, lamps protected by a patio, which may have a lower IP.

If the area we have to illuminate is particularly sunny. Some of our outdoor floor lamps can float on water.

We can also offer an ecological solution: solar-powered floor lamps; they recharge during the day by transforming the stored solar energy into electricity to illuminate at night.

LED light, or light-emitting diodes, are great light source that opens up a wide variety of new possibilities such as long runs, durability, ambient temperature flexibility, single color, varied RGB colors and hues or color changing capability, long life span. The LED light source can be built-in or replaceable compatible LED bulb.

Outdoor floor lamps can be custom built with different control system to adjust the intensity of light and color, such as Smart phone App control, remote mote control, Bluetooth or just simply plug in. Some outdoor floor lamps even incorporate other technological features such as built-in Bluetooth speakers, music sync touch controls or infrared sensors.
